Eligibility: This warranty only applies to original products purchased from and the original purchaser. This warranty does not apply to accessories or consumable items (filters, brushes).

What does this warranty cover?

For 12 months from the original purchase date, VOCAMP will repair or replace the original product and/or non-wearable parts (at VOCAMP’s discretion).

If a replacement product is issued, the warranty coverage ends.

VOCAMP's total liability and your sole remedy shall be:

  • Repair the machine (replacement parts used in the repair may be new, equivalent to new, or refurbished); or
  • Replace the machine with a new one (the replacement machine being of the same model or equivalent functions); or
  • Provide you with a refund of the purchase price of the machine (excluding shipping costs).

What does this warranty not cover?

VOCAMP does not guarantee that the product functions will meet your requirements.

VOCAMP is not responsible for damages resulting from failure to follow instructions on the proper use of the machine. You are responsible for:

(a) Proper use of our machines,
(b) Routine preventative maintenance, and
(c) Following the correct machine handling recommendations provided in our user manual and on our website.

Conditions that disqualify the product from the limited warranty include but are not limited to:

  • Any defects or damages caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper installation or maintenance, misuse (including failure to follow product documentation), neglect, disassembly, hardware or support settings changes, and external causes (such as natural disasters, water damage, extreme heat or environmental conditions).
  • Any defects caused during transportation or loading during the return journey.
  • Any defects resulting from workmanship or product quality issues.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by commercial use or other non-home use.
  • Any unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Second-hand products.
  • Products not purchased by you, received as gifts from others.
  • Defects caused by tampering or unauthorized alterations or repairs.
  • Free products are not covered by this warranty.

For external power supplies, conditions that disqualify the product from the limited warranty include but are not limited to:

  • Returned power supply units with obvious hard object damage, cracks, broken legs, and/or severe deformation.
  • Returned power cords that are damaged, exposed core wires, or similar damages.
  • Using a non-original adapter instead of the original adapter included in the package.
